"I went here in June 2023 because I had tested positive for COVID. They made a copy of my insurance card but still haven’t filed the claim. I was overcharged for my copay. The only means of contacting “billing” is email. So when I emailed them about a refund, I was told that after my claim has been processed they will refund me. Well as of today and FOUR emails, they still have not filed my claim. I wouldn’t advise anyone to go here. Then after all of the issues I have had, I see Google reviews with responses that are not professional at all. If it is the doctor responding, that makes it worse."
"Doctor is not at the facility and you are not informed prior to your visit. He was 40 mins late to the now telehealth appointment. He threw some antibiotics at an issue that did not need them and spent zero time with his online assessment. The front desk employee was very nice. I do not recommend if you actually want to see a doctor."
"Pros: The care I received at this clinic was exceptional. The front desk staff was kind. I quickly saw the doctor and received excellent care. Cons: The billing department is a mess. I use Tricare prime and before I went to this clinic I verified on the phone with Tricare, visited the Tricare website and spoke with the front desk staff to ensure they were an in-network urgent care clinic provider for Tricare. This was all verified as a YES. Regardless I was charged a copay but because I was ill I didn't think much of it. Months later I am receiving calls from a collection agency saying I owe on an outstanding bill. I am unable to get on the phone with UCC. The collection agency went as far as calling family members. I visited the UCC center in person and the front desk staff was unable to pull my bill or visit information but did provide me email to write to. The billing department was able to provide me my bill, but the bill was incomplete as it did not have the copay I paid listed on it. I called Tricare today who informed me the bill had been paid in fill 2 weeks after my visit and I should not have paid a copay as they are listed as an in-networks provider. I am now trying to get this sorted out with the billing department, the collections company and Tricare. I am not confident I will receive a refund for my copay that I was incorrectly charged. UPDATE: I have been taken off the collections center list and received my refund for my copay. I will increase to one more stars as this got fixed, but still keeping at 3 as this should not have happened in the first place. A big headache. I will not return."
"Just got an email from a collection agency about an unpaid bill from over 1 year ago, which is surprising because I paid off my 1 visit while there. Furthermore, they refuse to answer the phone even though I have called many, many times. The collection agency can’t even provide an itemized bill for what I’m being charged. Absolutely not worth the hassle, find another urgent care clinic."
"This place is super shady, and they will send you directly to collections without sending a bill first. They did this to me and to others as you can see from the reviews. Here is what you need to know when they do this to you too: The collections people that they send after you will tell you all sorts of lies to pressure you into paying. Legally, MEDICAL DEBT UNDER $500 CANNOT GO ON YOUR CREDIT REPORT. If they do put this on your credit report, you can report them to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (and the BBB while you’re at it). This behavior is illegal under The No Surprises Act. This shady urgent care facility will not answer the phone when you call to follow up on this. I called dozens of times and got no answer. Go over there. Your actual bill will be less because the collections people add some money for themselves. Pay there and they will call off collections. Then go home and write a one star review and never go there again. You have been warned about this shady business. Do not go there. Sending people directly to collections without a bill first is incredibly unethical. If they had any decency, they would be ashamed of themselves. But they are not."
