"The phone number is not working ever and now is impossible to make appointments for my baby girl"

"This place always has the Worst pharmacy service!!! Waited 1hr30min for my initial number to be called. Once called was given a second number and told to wait for my number to appear on the screen “patients with prescriptions ready” my number came up and I received a call and text that my prescription was ready. I went to the window. Was told that I had to wait until I was told which window to go to and the lazy security guard that had been sitting in that chair since I initially walked in 3hrs ago rudely told me I had to sit back down! The initial number listed had been up there for over an hour already and still had not been called how much more was I expected to wait!? Decided to just walk out!"

"My family and I have been coming for years, and frankly it’s just declined. I understand this facility is very needed especially for the lower earning community but there’s no need for the receiving worst service either. A doctor here once disregarded my test results and once I went to a specialist in another office they informed me that I was never treated here for what the test result concluded. In another occasion frankly everyone just always seems to be in a bad mood, I understand it’s a heavy flow of patients and understaffed but the patients didn’t do anything to deserve less than humane service. I’ll then get told a procedure or prescriptions that take maximum take 10-15 minutes now take hours. I’m not the one making up the time estimations, that’s only what I’m told by actual staff. Very demeaning having to come here"

"Sign on the wall PRINTED BY GRADY says they are closed for lunch 12:30-1:00! I came at 11:59, spoke with the short skinny Asian man with a thick accent as he is rolling the doors down. I point to the sign... I take the sign down and show him politely that I came SPECIFICALLY because I saw the sign last time and knew I could pickup my ALREADY FILED Rx. As if he did not understand the words coming out of my mouth he points to the ticket machine and mumbles something about 1:00 Worst customer service I've had a an otherwise amazing facility (Grady wide). Only thing stopping this from being a 1 star is the overall care given from EVERY OTHER HUMAN accept him cares. Always care. This man, no zero time to think and realize I READ THE SIGN and CAME when you said you would be open. How about "I'm so sorry sir, I can't even check you out if it wasn't lunch. Or Yes I am sorry those are our OLD lunch hours. No. Just "point to computer, You come back 1". Teaching moment here"
