"My experience at ONP was terrible. My appointment was scheduled for 1:30pm. I called to confirm 1:30pm appt. and was told I needed to be there @ 1:30pm to complete paperwork and my test would start at 2:00pm. Though I had already completed my paperwork prior to going I arrived at 1:30pm and was not called back until 3:00pm The Nurse Ms. Dot was very pleasant and apologetic however it was apparent that the place was often over booked and long waits. While sitting I overheard the front desk workers attitudes were very sharp and non-compassionate with several other clients when they questioned the long wait time. After finally seeing the nurse and Nurse Practitioner I was told to return to the waiting room and I would be taken back for my MRI. After waiting for another 45 minutes I approached the desk immediately greeted with a sharp tone however when I informed her of my extremely long wait time she initially asked if I wanted to reschedule, informing her that I would really like to get my testing done because of time taken off work and never wanting to have to come back there, she then apologized for the oversight of staff and and told me I would be the next person to be seen. She made a call to the MRI tech and ensured that I was the next seen. At this moment she became pleasant and apologetic offering to walk me to the back were I would complete my scheduled MRI. The rudeness of staff, extremely long wait time, and not to mention it was on of the coldest days in Georgia, Tuesday, January 7, 2014 and they were working on the door which made the temperature in the waiting room frigid, makes ONP the last place I would ever want to receive services."

"Fair warning, I'm only giving ONP Chamblee a 0 because it is as low as the rating scale will allow. Google should reevaluate their scoring system for places such as ONP. If I could give this place a lower score I would. I scheduled an appointment at ONP based off their good reviews here, but I'm convinced they were either written by the employees or all these people have brain tumors (or no brains). I could've had better results sitting in a dumpster, at least that wouldve been free. Note to the receptionists. The money you spend on blasting the waiting room in febreze could be spent on better doctors. Eat a salad, you'll fart less, just saying. Also pay more attention to the patients, less on the television geeze. I'd love to say my experience with the Dr's were better, but i can't. Save your money, just make up your own diagnosis, the doctors here do."
