"First time there. Parking was easy. Check in was super quick. I was seen exactly at my appointment time and not a minute later. The nurse was very personable and the doctor Dr. Mehta was so nice. She listened well and addressed all my concerns."

"Stay away from this office! This was my first time going to this medical office and this facility exhibited very deceptive practices. Just like the last person that left a review, I too had exactly the same bad experience with this doctor and practice. I underwent a scheduled Annual Check Up in November 2023, anticipating a comprehensive physical examination. As all my previous Annual Check Ups, I go and the doctor asks me all type of questions about my physical and mental health. In this specific Annual Check up I was having a bit of pain on my elbow going back to a few months, so I mentioned it to her and she prescribed some medications. After that I got my blood drawn, went to front desk and asked if anything else was needed on my end, they answered no so I left. Forward to December 2023, I get a bill in the mail from them saying I owed the facility for my Annual Check up Visit. As per my insurance plan, I have a free of cost (or copay) Annual Visit once a year. While my insurance covered the physical, I was surprised to discover charges for both a physical and a doctor's visit on the invoice. This dual billing approach seems incongruent, especially considering the questions were part of the purported physical examination. Dr. Puja and her office are deceitfully double billing insurances and not being transparent with patients. The icing on the cake was when I called Piedmont Billing, the representative told me that I should have not told the doctor that my elbow was hurting and that way I would have not been billed. This completely unethical response was the last straw, I’m staying away from this facility and I’m staying away from Piedmont Health entirely!"

"Dr Feckoury is always kind and considerate. He never seems to be hurried to get to his next patient. The office staff are also very helpful and friendly. I have been a patient of Dr Feckoury for about 2 years now and every visit is as pleasant as a doctor visit can be. Selecting Dr Feckoury as my general practitioner was one of my better decisions."
