"I spent 41 minutes on the phone with Emory’s clinic before they realized they are not accepting new patients who are not affiliated with Emory. I told them I was not affiliated early on in the conversation when asked, but it took 41 minutes for the receptionist and manager to determine why my insurance was not being recognised. Terribly frustrating and disappointing."

"Today I had an appointment with Dr. Krueger and while I feel she is definitely nice, unfortunately I feel like it was a little unorganized ."

"I had an amazing experience here. There was also no wait time, they saw me on very short notice, and the staff was incredibly friendly. After a month of nobody being able to solve my problem, Dr. Gardner was willing to listen, explain, and be very reassuring. I will continue getting my dermatologic care here."

"Don’t go here. Made an appointment 5 months ago for May. They called today to let me know it was cancelled, just like that. When’s the next available appointment? October. No consideration for the fact I’d already been waiting for months on end, asking me to wait another half a year. When I asked for them to take consideration and try to get me scheduled earlier, they said I could try calling to ask for cancellations. When I asked them to call me instead, they said that’s impossible. For an appointment they cancelled! When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they said yes, put me on hold for 10 minutes, and then hung up on me. Never been treated so poorly by an office in my life."

"Whatever you do, don't go here! I got referred to Dr Blalock for a procedure and made numerous attempts to reach out to him about the cost so I could be aware of my potential out of pocket. Made more than 5 or more calls and left messages and he never returned any. I never made it to the said appointment even after calling them a day before and having the phone operator leave yet another message before I ended up canceling because I didn't hear back! Yet they have the effrontery to send me to collections over a $100 "no-show" appointment. With the horrible experience with communication, I would suggest you find someplace else to visit for care. Unrelated, I also received a cancellation for my upcoming January appointment which I set since May, what a joke!"
