"I had a great first-time experience there when I took my grandson there for a follow-up appointment. The staff and the doctors were all very helpful and very kind and considerate to the patients. The doctors took great care in making sure that they reviewed the medical records before starting any treatment."

"Had a staff member call me to check in for appt and needed a question answered and she just hang up on me. We have been trying to get our daughter registered for MyChart. It has been like pulling teeth to get anyone on phone and then nobody access to link meaning its department doesn’t even have access now and the actual office doesn’t have access. It’s been a year now. We got a hold of a nurse manager and dead end. We have gentics testing kits I’m about through out and been done Emory."

"I have had the worst experience ever. My son had an appointment in November of 2022 and they never called to set a date for surgery. I had to call them twice in January of 2023 to get a date for surgery. Surgery is coming up and they want money from me and they have billed the wrong billing code. Now they won't answer the phone to speak to me but they want their money before surgery. My son's surgery is medically necessary. The management team is very unprofessional."

"Both my teenage sons had all 4 of their wisdom teeth removed simultaneously at Emory -Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and I was very very pleased with EVERYTHING. They thoroughly explained what would happen before hand and because we live an hour away from the hospital, they conveniently scheduled their surgeries to be together. I was very nervous because neither son had ever been under anesthia, but everything went very smoothly and both my sons had minimal swelling and were back to normal less than 24 hours later with minimum tenderness. I couldn't believe it! My experience was so different as a teenager getting my teeth cut out when I was active duty at 18. It took me over a week to heal and I was in so much pain. Kudos to Emory Clinic Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery for removing the fear out of this process and I look forward to bringing my tween daughter for her wisdom teeth removal when it is time."
