"90 minutes wait before I met the doctor. ( 30 min in the waiting room past my scheduled appointment time then 60 minutes wait in a treatment room with x-rays done) Met the doctor who told me and reviewed with me that the x-rays that the x-rays did not support the previous PCP diagnosis of OA. Instead, I had AC, "frozen shoulder". He outlined a treatment plan of 3 RXs followed in 2 weeks by physical therapy. He verified my pharmacy with me before he dismissed me. 7 days later no RXs to my local pharmacy. The rude person from physical therapy who telephoned me, called me by the wrong name. and refused to accept me insisting she call me by legal name is why I rate this experience 1 star."

"Dr LaChaud is very kind and caring. And handsome ;) I’ve been having knee pain and he went over the xrays and explained everything so well. He gave me a referral for physical therapy. Dr LaChaud is very thorough and efficient. I would recommend him."
