"I attended physical therapy here starting 9 mos post-partum. We worked on repairing my core, back pain, and overall strength. I quickly saw improvement in my balance, coordination, and ultimately the confidence to invest time and effort in my well-being! Mary, Kristen, and Cathy are all wonderful - coaching through every step and ensuring excercises are doable but effective. It’s very easy to translate the work they do to at-home practice. The clinic staff and aides are wonderful, as well. The text reminders for appts are great and they help you work out appt frequency based on your insurance coverage too. I had my last visit today and honestly I’m sad it’s over but grateful for all their hard work!"
