"I am currently in here. My appointment was at 1 pm. I got here at 12:50. Did the e-check in and paid my co-pay. It is now 3 pm. What is the point of making an appointment? I want to leave but I’ve been here for so long, I know it’s going to drive me insane to have to go wait somewhere else. Ppl have been leaving and ppl who came in after other ppl have been called to the back before them. This is crazy."

"Worst urgent care center. Been waiting 3 hours and some people who came after me have left already. I’ve signed in and paid and even utilized online appointment but I’m still waiting. The lady in receptionist is extremely rude and unfriendly too! I want to file a complaint formally! Don’t ever make a mistake going here! Worst!"

The wait time was not long at all They do go by the severity of the patients. Check-in was very easy. You can also do it online."
