"I usually don't bandwagon but in this case it's true. There have been quite a few changes with this clinic, and while I'm sure they started or were meant to be positive, it doesn't seem like it's going well. My doctor is great and if they ever go to another clinic I would be sure to follow them wherever. Unfortunately the admin teams leave a lot to be desired. While I won't go into detail spanning several visits, it has progressively gotten worse over a period of time and honestly convenience can no longer serve as my excuse for being mishandled by the people who treat me first before I even see a doctor."
"The two stars go to the doctors: they were amazing. But the system for paying bills is simply TERRIBLE a and annoying. From contacting people to “we don’t receive payments by the phone”. Then navigate through all the process. It’s 2023!"
