"if you manage to secure an appointment online it could be canceled right before your time without explanation. in addition, the whole minute clinic section might be closed even if the hours posted say that they're open. there's no one even to ask since the minute clinic portion functions separate from the store and pharmacy."

"I have been coming to this location for 3 years now and every time I've been treated so well. The staff, even though it rotates, they all have had an amazing bedside manner. They are attentive, helpful, they are great with kids. They listen to your concerns, make sure you understand the process of whatever it is you are in need of, whether it's testing, blood work or medication. I understand that setting up an appointment gives you the expectation you will be treated right away. You will have to wait a bit. They are so thorough, with the patients and their sanitizing protocol, you may end waiting either before the appointment or in between being seen from the ANP and NP. I will keep coming to this clinic whenever we get sick."

"Don’t waste your time. You can make an appointment, check in prior to coming, and they will still keep you waiting well past the time. Then they will look for any excuse not to provide you with treatment. LabCorp with Walgreens is your best bet."

"Let's be real here, this is not a high end clinic and it is what it is. That being said, if you have the right expectations, you will have a good experience. I did sign up online but didn't see the doctor until 45 minutes past the appointment time. That is something she did apologize for and let me know they have to accept patients who come in before your appointment if there is no one already checked in. Once I was in the room with her, she was very good about assessing my issues. I was expecting to be put on antibiotics for sinuses but she found my ear was just really clogged with wax and cleaned it out for me. It was all that was needed. What I liked best was how kind and caring she was with me, and I left feeling 100000x better. Also after insurance I did not have to pay much out of pocket!"
