"I have been seeing Dr. Sharmila since 2016. I used to live in Marietta and have since moved to the Athens area. I refuse to switch doctors. I drive two hours for my doctors appointments every 3 months because I love Dr. Sharmila so much. She is the first doctor I have ever encountered that genuinely cares for the well being and loves her patients. She is firm when needed (and with me that can be often) but she also shows care and compassion at all times. If you are looking for a true Medical professional that cares she is superior! I have several friends and family members I have recommended that are now her patients."

"Doctor is good but the staff and system does not work well. The medications ordering system doesn’t work properly. Need to call multiple times to get the prescription send to the pharmacy correctly."

"I'm giving 4 stars primarily because of my positive experience with Dr. Sharmila Ramprasad. She truly stood out as a compassionate and genuine professional. Dr. Ramprasad not only attentively listened to my concerns but also provided me with valuable guidance. This was especially significant for me since I had been struggling to find answers about my persistent side pain, despite consulting several other doctors who had reassured me that nothing was wrong. However, I must acknowledge that my overall experience was slightly marred by my interaction with the front desk receptionist. Unfortunately, she came across as rather dismissive and somewhat brusque in her communication. It felt as though she was in a hurry to end the conversation, leaving me with the impression that I was inconveniencing her. Dr. Sharmila Ramprasad's exceptional care and empathy greatly enhanced my visit, earning my admiration and respect. On the other hand, I hope that the front desk staff can work on their customer service approach to create a more welcoming and accommodating atmosphere for patients."

"Came here from all the good recs. Doctor was fine but not as relational and caring as I would care for in someone I would be seeing regularly. I am going to change providers because of her nurse who is the most frightening person in medicine I have ever encountered. Zero bedside manner. Basically yells and is just so brash and mean, and I’m such a fan of nurses, but like particularly if someone is in a fragile state of mind of fragile physical conditions, there was absolutely no regard for that not are or to connect. And she’s the one drawing blood and giving shots, so if you are already queasy around that, forget it. So cold and non-relational. Felt like she hated life. I literally feared going to see her. The receptionist was very nice, and waits weren’t long. But this practice is a hard no from me."
