"I visited couple years ago and the staff office was Superb. The Doctor I saw she's tremendous very good with listening and paying attention to details. TV in waiting area. Everyone was very nice."
"The staff was friendly enough but dear God is the neighborhood to get to this place shady. Was does the VA put their mental health specialists in bad neighborhoods?? It was hard to find too. You have to pull into a drive way that curves around the front of a long building. It's about midway down. It's a small, older clinic. Show up with plenty of time to find parking. And watch out for the hookers and their pimps in the parking lot."
"I went there for a C&P exam. I would like to say, the lady with the twist at the front desk is extremely nice and has amazing customer service skills. If I could give her 5 stars but since I'm rating this establishment as a whole, well. My doctor was seeing me for things she had no knowledge of. A traffic lawyer won't be good for a murder case. They may know the law but not that part of it. I could go on forever, I'll get straight to the point. During my "exam" this doctor was moving my body parts for me to get the measurement she/he wanted. When I told doctor l couldn't do certain things she said " oh yes you can". I've never been to a C&P exam where the doctor was so aggressive. I may ask for another one, I have so many reason why..."
"Typical for VA , people just do the least required , and all the managers need extensive training on efficiency and it's place in the workplace , this needs to start at the top , stop making rules that cover why you don't do something , or a reason you can take your time , that's the efficiency thing"
