"Saw PA Stephanie Crews in March for dermatitis. She also saw a mole on my back and said “let me take care of that” I didn’t really know what she was doing. That was all the communication she offered. I had no idea that She charged me and extra $200 ‘to take care it’ and sent my biopsy out of network costing me hundreds of dollars more. The Billing staff still has not been able to successfully file the claim for even the office visit portion with the insurance company. Don’t go here if you want communication and accountability. It’s not worth the headache."
