Reviews
"As an older veteran and hesitate in using the VA health care system, I was proven wrong from the professional staff that handled my first-time experience and exam (The nurse and Dr Dyer'Gallishaw especially!) from This clinic. They handled each detail of my exam in a very professional way, and made me feel at complete ease. I highly recommend any veteran in this area to use their services!~ a FIVE star rating-Gerald Bradberry"
"Customer service here is terrible. The staff are busy and unable to provide adequate information to disabled elderly veterans unless there is an appointment. The veterans mistreatment from staff who is paid to take care of their services is unacceptable. The company should hire staff who is passionate and enjoy helping."
"This place is an absolute mess, I arrived for my appointment 30 minutes early to make sure all paperwork was in order and to be courteous to the staff and now it's 45 minutes after my appointment time and it seems there is no end in sight. Do better. Between this place and the Atlanta VA I'm wondering what the heck is going on... Georgia has the worse VA system and care for veterans in my opinion and I've been to a lot of different locations. Do better guys what the heck! *Edit the dentists are fantastic other than that the place is a mess."
"I had a visit with my primary care physician Dr. Stephanie Tumlin. She addressed all of my concerns and ensured I had the necessary referrals if needed. I was very satisfied with my experience with Dr. Tumlin at the Carrolton VA Clinic."
"I agree with most about this place. I missed a call from the eye clinic. They left a message to call back (no extension left on recording) I have tried numerous time to call with no answer. I even emailed back to the eye clinic and their response was they will call you back sometime. The Carrollton clinic was, a few years back, awesome. Don't know what happen but it's not the same. Sure hope something changes for the better soon."
