"I was asked to call Stacey the supposed office manager for a expedited appointment and was given her direct number 762-XXX-XXXX written by the office staff, I left many messages, and even called the main number and got transferred to her desk but she never responded until over a week later. I verified daily she was there but by that point it was worthless to get a expedited appointment. The patients suffer when they have a hostile office environment and I will never go back. My own health is important to me and not be a casualty of the office war they have going on there, beware if you value your wellbeing"
"When you check out. The sign states to sit until called to protect privacy. Followed instructions. Sat there while the girls laughed & cackled at the counter. I’m sitting there looking at them look at me. White male walks up , he reads the sign, hesitates & the woman at the counter says “you’re okay, I’ll take you. “ The right thing would have been to tell him to have a sit & I’ll help you once I help the people that have been sitting here waiting on me to stop laughing. I will not be returning. I’ll take my insurance somewhere else."
"Horrible. This is not my first kidney stone blockage. This one’s definitely my worst. 11mm stone blockage and I’m peeing straight blood. I made the initial appointment with lower back pain, took 2 weeks to be seen. I was urged to go to the ER and have a stent inserted. I went to the ER had the stent and was kept overnight with infection. I went to the follow up appointment and was told to go to the scheduling office for surgery appointment. Soonest appointment was 3weeks out. So for 3 weeks I have carried a stone, passed out, puked and peed blood and lost 12lbs. They refuse to give me pain meds and told me “if I’m in that much pain go to the er”, if I knew the ER would remove the stone I would but I e already made that trip. Who makes someone wait weeks in pain and no pain management and rude nurses and drs?"
"A nice and friendly office. From the office staff to the nurses and Dr. Schrum, everyone is always polite, nice and caring. Dr Schrum is very thorough, informative about my plan of care and I don't feel rushed during my appointment."
"My appointment was easy to schedule and I was able to get an appointment the following week. The office was clean. The nurses were kind and helpful. I saw a Physicians Assistant and she was great to listen to my problems and took the time to answer all of my questions and explain further tests needed and treatment options."
