"I took my 3 year old nephew to Dr. Padilla. The waiting rooms were bright and designed to look very inviting to children. My nephew has a fear of doctor visits and new people. Our reason for visiting was due to decaying of many teeth. I thought this visit was going to be difficult because he fights us just to let the pediatrician look in his ears, weigh him, measure him and so on. He opened his mouth right up for Dr. Padilla. They gave him a little duck, toothbrush, sticker, and a token to use at the gumball machine that was filled with small toys. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend his office to anyone with small children."

"I have been taking my children with Dr Padilla for more than 10 years but the last years has been a nightmare. They scheduled my children appointments and when we get there they cancelled them without a reason. Just to make an appointment is a hassle takes months to get one and then gets cancelled the last minute. Dr Padilla is a good doctor but their employees on the front are rude, and racist. They tread people like you don't matter. I'm 77 years old men and I have lived in this country 55 years. It's frustrating see people treating others without respect. I wish Dr Padilla gets better personel"

"My daughter has been a patient for a couple of years. Unfortunately being able to get appointments set up or having anyone answer the phone has been a problem. When your child has tooth pain and it takes over a month to get in and when you are seen you are rescheduled for another month out. Pay money upfront without any results. I wish his office cared for the children then they do about collecting money. I was able to go elsewhere and have her pain relieved before the initial appointment set up with this office. Now I cannot get anyone to answer or return my call to get a refund on my deposit. Sad"

"Dr Freddie and his staff are amazing!! Our daughter has been petrified since very young of the dentist and had other dentists act short with her. Not this staff, they went out of their way to make her comfortable and apart of their team!! We love them!"

"I took my kiddos (3 and 4.5) for their first dental visit today. We had a GREAT experience. The wait was short and Leanne was our dental hygienist. She was fantastic. Extremely patient and sweet to my kids and made sure to explain everything so they understood. I was nervous for their first time but she really made it an easy experience and both of them did well. We only saw Dr. Freddy briefly but he was also kind and very personable with the kids. We drove all the way from Dalton but will definitely return for the great service."
