"Very rude staff member I encountered on phone. I’ve tried for four days to get a simple drug screen and a hour before my test the toilet was broken and four days later it’s still broken and I was told with a rude careless tone we don’t know when it will be fix. Because of this I can’t start my job until September because the classes are full now. Walmart is probably a billion dollar company and you can’t get someone to fix a toilet. And I’m a medical assistant I can train the employees on proper phone etiquette instead of I just got to work so I can talk to you like a robot and hang up on you.."

"They are so awesome! Stephanie (nurse) is so cool and fun. The doctors is also very easy to talk to and knows her stuff. I have referred several people here. Also, I don’t have insurance and it makes healthcare affordable for me."

"This is by far the worst clinic I’ve ever ran into! They do not have the right staff in office and cannot direct you to the right sources and blame the call center for every mistake. I’ve tried and tried to schedule my screen with them and every time they have a issue or the scheduling is wrong! My take is that they are very unorganized and the staff is very rude. The Nurses there are very lazy! I advise no one trust this clinic! They will fail you if you cannot Urinate which is unheard of and they need to be reported to the state for doing this to people! Then they tell you to call the 1800 Walmart Num when they are ran by the government and doctors association. Don’t waste your time with this unprofessional clinic. Report Report Report! Their systems do not suppose to constantly stay down that’s a failure automatically."

"I went in for a simple drug test. I was very polite, after waiting for 20min I ask the Office Coordinator how much longer do you think it will be?(I was also the only patient in the waiting room) and really the only patient I seen. She responded very polite it should be just a minute we had 2 others come in right before you. I go to sit back down and I hear from behind the door. “Or 2 to 3” and another lady “or 4 to 5” they are referencing my just a minute wait time. I did respond saying out loud or 6 to 7, 8 to 9 and what do you know about 20sec later I was going back. Unprofessional and lack of concern for other people’s time."

"Staff is very rude. A girl answered the phone and didn’t help at all. I said I wasn’t able to give my address out due to private reasons and then she scoffed at me. Very unprofessional. Doesn’t make me want to come back. ALSO went and got blood tests done not 1 person - staff didn’t call me for a few weeks & lied they called me. I gave them another address and they STILL shipped mail to my mothers house when I told them to ship it where I live and NOT my parents house. Not good ethnic skills ONE BIT."
