"Within 20 minutes of first office visit, Dr. Noorani identified the possible issue, explained it clearly and respectfully. He was worried the issue might be life threating and wanted us to go to the ER to rule it out. The ER quickly determined the issue was severe and indeed life threatening. Within a few hours, Dr. Noorani visited us in the ER triage room to check on my husband. Within 24 hours, we had the issue identified and treated. A better experience could not have possibly happened considering the search for answers we had been on for a few months. Our experience with Dr. Noorani was excellent and we are grateful for him."

"Dr. Noorani can come off as rude if you aren't used to his cultural differences. The fact is, I have never had a doctor that cared for me more as a patient. He doesn't sugar coat and tap around people's delicacies. Hearing you're overweight can be a hard pill to swallow but he's in the business of keeping people alive. This man has taken time out of his day to speak with me on the phone, to assist in billing issues, to make sure I found a gym to help build up my lungs and take off pounds. When I needed a biopsy, he wasn't comfortable doing it in the location it was so he sent me to a doctor he knew to be more equipped to handle it. I can't stand doctors, but I love Noorani. He's the only one I go back to over a period of nine years."

"The only reason I gave him a one star is because you can't get any lower than that! Dr. Noorani is beyond a complete joke! The first visit my husband had with him, he critised us over a small error of forgetting to mention something about my husband's medical history (which Dr. Noorani would have known about if he'd taken the time to actually read the new patient paperwork). On our second visit(Tuesday), Dr. Noorani diagnosed my husband with emphysema and sent him a prescription to the pharmacy. Upon review the pharmacy discovered that the medication wasn't covered by my husband's insurance. The pharmacy sent over the proper paperwork to Dr. Noorani's office the next day (Wednesday). I called the next day (Thursday) to follow up with the office about the medication because it hadn't been sent back to the pharmacy. I was told they would give Dr. Noorani the message. I waited til Monday to check with the pharmacy again and still nothing, so I called Dr. Noorani's office back. Again, I was told she would give Dr. Noorani the message. Called pharmacy again, Tuesday and still nothing. Called the office again and got the same, they'd give him the message. Same bull today, no prescription at the pharmacy and all they can do in the office is give Dr. Noorani the message. In all due respect, the office staff have been very cordial and understanding! It's not the staff that is the problem.... IT'S DR NOORANI! He's rude, disrespectful and lazy! I have never in my life dealt with a doctor who is so uncaring about his patients! I don't even know how he got his license to practice, because what he does is very unethical and morally wrong! How can a person expect to get better, if he doesn't care enough to take five minutes to call in the correct prescription. We will be moving on and finding a doctor who actually cares about the well being of their patients!"
