"The clinic fit me in as a new patient with in a few days even during the holidays. The staff was caring, pleasant, professional and they opened the office early. Kennedy was knowledgeable, direct and responded thoughtfully to my questions. He took the time to discuss my concerns and provided good options to try. He was helpful and courteous with an excellent bedside manner."

"Really a 2.5 star. Almost a three, to be fair. Dr. Kennedy has a wonderful bedside manner, however I feel that his hands are tied and therefore, as a patient, you are unable to receive maximum care. Especially if it requires the harder, more difficult decisions to make. I.E. surgery. He is big on physical therapy and also has a pre-ordained opinion on whether or not you are "old enough" or "ill enough" to receive a referral for a proper specialist. Especially that of the surgical nature. I both understand and respect that as a patient. I understand the atmosphere in which we live today, with an opioid epidemic going on. That being said, Dr. Kennedy is both a wonderfully polite and humble person and if you need your bloodwork done or have certain medications I.E. blood pressure, cholesterol and etc., that you need to take every day, then he is an excellent choice as a primary care physician. If, on the other hand, your health issues are a little more complex, especially that of being in the "aches & pain" area, then you may want to consider somewhere else. Just my honest observation. No disrespect intended whatsoever."

"I made an appointment, they messed up, didn't have me down. Very confused office. Offered a phone appt with out any concerns of my vitals. They didn't even want me to come into the office for my vitals. Wow, I'm 64. Went to another place. Had strep throat and bronchitis. How can you treat a patient over the phone when you've never seen them? In the end all things work out. I found a great doctor and I do not have to waste time with this group."

"I'm always nervous about having to get a new doctor, but the staff here very quickly made me feel right at home. I had doubts because there are several very whiny reviews about the staff not being 'professional enough' (which can be interpreted to mean 'too friendly'), but the quality of care I received was top notch. I actually felt like the doctor and front office staff cared about me as a person not just a patient. If you're looking to be whisked in and out like someone on a factory line, then this place isn't for you. If you want to have a primary care physician that you feel actually cares, then I whole heatedly recommend."

"I'm extremely annoyed with this place lately. The staff is awful, leave you on the phone for 15-20 minutes on hold , sometimes even to the point of hanging up because it takes so long. The doctors are great and I've been to this place for at least 7 years. However the staff has some serious issues. Not exactly the friendliest or professional people. I've sat up there waiting on an appointment and watched how they answer the phones, put people on hold and sit and talk about their personal issues instead of actually working. Maybe people wouldn't be so frustrated if they actually did their jobs. I've waited for blood test results for forever now and I've called several times only to get the same response every single time , we will get back with you later , and surprise, they never do. I'm beyond irritated with this place and if the attitudes of the staff and the professionalism does not change, I will just have to find another place that does. I'd hate to leave my primary care provider of over 7 years but things are getting a little out of order. So no, I don't recommend this place. Love the doctors, hate the staff."
