"70 year old female who is short of breath with chest pain and a positive d-dimer. Yet the clinic does not bother to send her with an order to get the much needed Chest CT, nor do they fax it. No after hours number to get ahold of. This is a sorry excuse for healthcare."

"This place leaves alot to be desired in my opinion. I went for a DOT physical , had to wait 3 hours to be seen , blood pressure was sky high once I got to the Dr. I don't think they understand the importance of being prompt when these types of physicals have to be done. The receptionist never advised me I needed to sign in at 1 , I had been in the waiting room since 11 o'clock.. she knew I was there because I had asked her if I could stay thru lunch . . and being "new" shouldn't be an excuse for incompetence. The Dr could have waited a few more minutes to record my BP but decided not to. I ended up with a 3 month renewal instead of a year.. I was a little irritated to say the least at the lack of service."

"I've been going to this PrimeCare location for almost 8 years. I see Dr Yusef Williams, Valerie Thomley, and Megan Cole for my medical needs. Megan has treated my back pain a few times and Valerie and Dr Williams handle my prescriptions and diabetes needs. I always receive great care from all their employees. I like to talk a lot sometimes, and everyone is always really nice, and they make me feel important. They are good at getting me in and out of the office. They are also fast about getting my refills over to the pharmacy. Sometimes the pharmacy has already started filling my prescriptions by time I walk out their office door. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my care. Dr Williams and Valerie always take the time to speak with me about my concerns, and they truly care about my health and happiness. And, Megan always knew what to do about my back pain. Just a few months ago she sent a referral for physical therapy because I pulled my back again. I started therapy within just a few days after seeing her. I saw her as a walk-in on a Saturday and I didn't hardly have to wait for anything. I was probably there for only 30 or 45 minutes that day. I have no plans on changing doctors, and I will continue to go here for as long as I can. It's hard to find a good doctor that you truly trust, but I feel I've found three great doctors here at PrimeCare."

"My primecary care physician is at Primecare and with my insurance I have to get a referral to be seen elsewhere. I called a spoke with someone for a referral (they had 3 days to send it in to the Doctors I went to) they DID NOT SEND IT IN therefore my insurance will not cover the bill!!!! I called and spoke with MULTIPLE people about it and they will not help me and continuously argue with me WHEN THEY ARE THE ONES THAT DIDNT DO THEIR PART. I called for the referral and it is not my fault THEY did not do it. So now I'm stuck with a bill because of their negligence!"

"Good luck getting in as a walk in. Even when you call ask ahead of time and they tell you that they close at 5. Don’t bother calling the walk-in in line they won’t answer. At 4:00 with 3 cars in the parking lot and one person in the waiting room they still wouldn’t let me check in as a walk in. Guess they were afraid it would take too long and they wouldn’t get to go home at 5. I love the doctors here and it’s a shame the front desk is so unhelpful. It’s AFC for me in Dothan now."
