"I writing this with a very heavy heart………….. The practice I once boast about has failed me ! I left feeling so defeated with vows never return ,even if my life depended upon it . The lack of unprofessionalism with Horrified of discussed upon Dr. Linsey face as if I was Beneath her when I informed her I was there for my Annual I choose not to go in details because it’s bringing on more anguish ……….. Is your life your health speak up you do not have to remain silent .. And oh yeah, I will say this to the staff those rooms are not soundproof. We could hear you all in the hall talking about us. How do you expect us to trust you with our Medical care when, as soon as you’re out the room, we are topic of discussion"
"Update 1/24/24..Imaging was terribl even after stating it hurts twice now I have bruising and swelling will be follow up with this This location definitely is a no for me for here on out Providing quality care should be the goal. Waited over a month to see a primary doctor that in a nice way did NOTHING but TALK.A primary care doctor and a therapist are NOT the same .Time wasted and definitely wouldn't recommend especially not this location.Even on demand visits get better. results.Ive never been a patient of Grady for Alot of reasons in over 25 years and when I decide it's a joke"
"I had an appt with Caryl Harris, NP at Camp Creek yesterday. She provided caring, insightful and thorough care. I will definitely be seeing her again."
"This place is terrible. I had an appointment at the end of June. I get there the Dr tells me this is her last day. I was a new patient….how does that make sense? But I get blood work done. I get the results and request an appointment to have the results translated I have to wait until mid July. The day of that appointment it gets cancelled for provider not being there. I reschedule for today @8 they call me at 6:30 to cancel because the provider is not there . When I call back the phone hangs up because they don’t open till 8 so I have to call the Grady service line. This is the most unorganized office I have ever been to and they have no regard or urgency for patients. I’m honestly disgusted all I need is to go over blood work find a Dr or a NP. This is beyond an inconvenience and I will not be returning to ANY Grady office. Y’all are ridiculous and should be disgusted I’m Not sure why any Dr would work at this location cause I’m sure y’all get cussed out often and y’all honestly deserve it."
"I had a non urgent medical emergency that could not wait so I contacted Grady's advice nurse. She advises me to come in to be seen by the doctor. This location is not my normal doctors office but they had an opening so I took it. The building is spacious, light, modern and fresh. It has a lot of sleek and modern features. It has more than one waiting area with comfortable seating. Their was virtually no one in the waiting room other than myself. You can check on using a kiosk or at the front desk. They had two associates at the desk who presented a smile and was polite and cheerful. I didn't have to wait as they called me within 5 minutes. I was sent by Nurse Practitioner Tiffany Hamilton. She was very professional, acted like she cared and expressed empathy when she saw my pain and distress and advises me on what caused it and how to resolve it. She also a sent a message to my PCP to contact me for further review of my situation. I appreciated that. I couldn't walk and she got me a wheelchair to go to the lab. The lab department was professional as well drawing blood quickly with as less pain as possible. This was a great experience and I appreciated their being quick."
