Reviews
"Dr. Subbarayan, Angelita and staff were very professional. Thank you for taking the time, listening and staying the course."
"I asked a nurse here about visiting times, and she said any time but a security guard came in and kicked me out impolitely and rudely."
"This place is extremely unprofessional. I drove an hour away in Atlanta morning traffic just to be told I would have to be rescheduled. The lady at the front desk with that tattered matted cornrows in her hair needs a new profession because this is not her strong suit. She used profanity and looked disheveled when trying to re schedule my appointment. They have no care or concern about there patients here , especially being that it’s an endocrinologist and people are experiencing real health concerns that need to be addressed immediately. Do NOT waste your time or energy on Dr.Sims and her staff ."
"My biggest problem is every appointment that I get schedule for gets cancelled. Then they want to move me even farther out then what I was scheduled for. I have never had a doctors office cancel so many appointments. I was diagosed with Thyroid cancer last September. I have only saw the doctor twice. When I did see the doctor the two times he didn't listen to what I had too say. I am in more pain since having the radioation. There are days I can't walk. I have no energy. My salvia glands have stopped working. How do we know it wasn't spread to other parts of my body? I am told it is treatable but not curable. This is the third time for having Thyroid Cancer. I can not have anymore surgerys so its just treatments. So why are the doctors wanting to keep rescheduling?"
"We lost our dad and only person I have is my mom. Her health matters to me big time. Rude behavior of front receptionist. Please save your time from booking an appointment with any doctor at this location for endocrinology department. My mom was 10 minutes late today and was told doctor can not see as he is busy. In 10 minutes late, things changed that fast for the doctor. There was a road work. What we did not understand was that if we are early and they make us wait is all okay? But if we are 10 minutes late, that’s not okay, especially for the doctor? Especially when my family member had to wait a month for this appointment (we would never want to come back this location, this it self show how the care for patients, we got saved) maybe another doc is meant to be, yes we have to now look for another one and wait!!! They don’t care for what the PT is going through” my family member needed this appointment today! She was waiting for it as she was having pain!!!! Please safe your family/friends from this location!!!! It’s wasted of waiting to find out this and what a person has to go through to wait to see the doctor and not see one at end of the say! Just because he got busy in 10 minutes late. We were ready to wait. But he was busy in that time frame. (The receptionist who did this has no clue that we had to take off today to be at this appointment which we had booked a month ago and only because 10 minutes late)"
