"Love this place! All employees have degrees in exercise science. They have a nurse present and monitor heart and blood pressure if necessary. Adequate and varied cardio, free weights, and resistance equipment. They have classes with instruction as well. Must be 40 to join, 55 and older can join for $25 per month, great value."
