"We see Dr. Yarri and he is an amazing Dr. He always makes sure that we fully 100℅ understand everything that he is explaining not only me but my child fully understands what's going on in her body. He never ever rushes us and he always answers all of our questions and he goes over everything even questions before we have them. He also explains what will happen at the next appointment. I wish he was a regular pediatrician as well AMAZING DR DEFINITELY 5+ STARS!!!!"

"I have been to this facility twice. In the urology department .The first time we had a nurse who had red hair and like a gray patch, and I really didn’t care for her. She was very sarcastic. The doctor was amazing and he’s definitely helped my daughter at our second appointment that we attended. Our nurse was Nicole. She was so awesome again I seen the nurse with red hair and a gray patch. My daughter kept saying hello and waving saying hi hello over and over again because the nurse looked at her and ignored her every time she seen her we went to the restroom a few times because my daughter had difficulties going to the bathroom and again on our way out the door she kept saying hello and the nurse kept ignoring her. She finally said hey on the way out because there was a couple people who noticed it or maybe they didn’t notice but they were there, but when she said hello, she didn’t even turn around and look at my daughter Washington’s talking to her it was just so rude. She has the same rude attitude every time we come , I love this doctors office and everyone else in it but the lady with the red hair and the gray patch she needs a new life because she seems to be very unhappy with hers and if she’s not unhappy, perhaps she just didn’t like us being in the building. it seems as if we make her uncomfortable, but for her to just ignore a child like that that is clearly just being polite, saying hello it definitely made her ask me mommy how come she’s not saying anything to me. On the way out I finally just looked down at my daughter and said she’s not a very nice nurse so maybe you shouldn’t keep saying hello when she clearly does not wanna answer you back"

"Over the top rude male receptionist. Had to take my wife in for procedure but I was throwing up that morning. They made me come inside I guess so they could determine my wife wasn't lying about having a ride. I told them I wasn't feeling well and didn't want to be in there. After about 30 minutes I started to get upset because they couldn't be bothered to send the nurse out to speak with me, and he threatened to have me escorted out and stop my wife's procedure. Escorted out because I didn't want to be there... How much sense does that make? Very personal attack. He could have handled that 40 different ways but that's the way he chose . Why would you hire someone not emotionally qualified to work in customer service?"

"This is the worst place I've ever been to, I only came for orthopedist, do not use this place as a primary pediatrician: 1. Extremely rude front desk, the lady sitting right in front of the main entrance. 2. 2 hours of wait time. Why the hell would you schedule so many people in an hour slot when you have one doctor, are you out of your mind? 3. The nurse wanted me to guess the values from the pediatrician from another facility who calculated my daughter's weight/height, because the scale can't be used with a toddler, excuse me? You're working at a "Pediatric" center, you should have proper equipment to deal with children. 4. The room we were put in was dangerously hot like, I like when rooms are warm for children but this one was dangerous to stay in, thankfully we eventually were moved after half an hour of more wait in that room. I know no one will contact me and nothing would be done about this review because that's how my experience is with most wellstar facilities but I hope it stops one reader from going to this place."

"I have mixed feelings about the after-hours office. Typically the front desk is rude, unhelpful and uninterested (although the woman today was better than what I've experienced in the past). But the staff in the back has always been amazing. They will turn you away before they close which I hate. I've driven 30+ minutes several times only to be turned away WELL before they close. It's really hit or miss."
