And also preferably to make an appointment because if u a walking then you are screw"

"This place is very unprofessional. You set an appointment and won’t be seen until 2-3 hours after your set appointment. They also take a long time to answer their phones. Every time we come in my sons see a different doctor. They need to be more consistent"

Their other location needs customer service training. They are rude and unprofessional. And Dr.Llama can use some training as well in Customer service.I would never bring my biological children to this office"

"The staff is very nice and helpful in office but they never answer the phone. I’ve tried calling them so many times and they just never answer the only way you really get some one to speak with you Pure luck or by visiting the office which is kind of crazy also if you leave a voicemail, they probably never call you back but the doctors there are nice and answer all your questions. The wait times are long also. I think it would be beneficial if they hired more personal to Just answer the phones so there would be more customer service satisfaction."

"I have to take time out my day to SHOUT OUT LaTonya, she is nothing short of amazing. I needed my son documents sent to his new Doc office and she was so prompt and professional. She made sure she faxed all documents even went above and beyond to speak with them on the phone. Keep people like this around and working it makes a BIG difference. If you read Miss LaTonya THANK YOU! I appreciate you…. And FYI the women in Stockbridge location need to get coaching from Miss LaTonya I will be writing a separate review for Stockbridge location. I don’t want to mess up Miss LaTonya Flowers because she deserves them."
