"I had an appointment at the addiction center. We were giving the address and it brought us to the staff entrance. We circled a few times and kept coming to the same entrance. After driving around for a while we finally called the hospital and were given directions on the phone on how to get here because the address brings you the wrong entrance. Once we found the location we were in line waiting to check in. Finally got to front desk to check in and was told that the doc just finished his appointment so we were good. Then we were told that we couldn’t see the doc because we were late to the appointment. Front desk person was kind but it doesn’t make sense that they don’t account wait time in line for check in. That we didn’t get a courtesy call. And that the doc couldn’t see us even though he just finished his previous appointment when we got there. We stressed the medication needed and explained the situation and still were told to reschedule. They even knew about the address glitch. Courtesy and compassion goes a long way especially when working with such population."

"I was in the Mental Health section of the hospital. A good and safe place. Only complaint is that it is incredibly boring, especially if you are antisocial in nature, because all you do all day other than group therapy is talk to other people. Food was good, staff were decent to good, but the rooms were a bit hot. Made it hard to sleep. All in it's a good place, just incredibly boring."

"I was here for four days. It was a safe space but beyond that it was the pits. They didn’t manage my medical needs so I ended up in a pain crisis. Rules varied by shift. The weekend staff (with a few exceptions) were very lazy. The food you got was the food you ordered, less than half the time. The groups are very basic in nature. One presenter was laughable while another was excellent. Great variation and inconsistencies."

"Both my mother and my father in-law have gone through the system with pretty devastating injuries. My mother broke her shoulder and my father in-law had a very serious hip injury. The rehab was thoughtful, caring and effective for both of them. My mother was also a patient of the wound care clinic, which was very well run and effective. I recommend the facility for your loved ones with no hesitation."
