"Absolutely terrible wait times. They don’t make the drinks correctly when you ask for no ice, the phone is disconnected now even. Terrible service all around. Was asked to pull up and waited 20 minutes for cold food that wasn’t even right."

"They do like serving people and will gladly give your food out the window let people dig through it and hand it back. Then they give it to you at the front counter with all sandwiches unwrapped and the large fries missing almost half of the container. Don't ask a questions because they will ignore you for as long as they can. Should have gone to Wendy's. Napkins seem to be a trigger word because that is happening."

"I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this will help others. If you’re traveling along 95, don’t stop at this restaurant. If you must stop, check every item in your order before leaving the window. Don’t pull forward and wait, if you do you’ll wait an extended period of time because you will be on their time. You cannot go into the restaurant to use the facilities either. They always have the doors locked, drive through only."

"On 9-28-21 I ordered a chicken sandwich deluxe got home the chicken was burnt. Called to tell them I was bringing it back to get another chicken sandwich deluxe. Checked that chicken sandwich before I left McDonald's it was burnt too mostly on the underside of the sandwich I pulled back around to the window and told them that I just got this chicken sandwich and it's burnt again, was told that that's how their chicken is and I said that's not what I get from other McDonald's looks like this one was re-dipped in the oil to get it hot so they could serve it, and they said well ours look like that because all of our chicken is freezer burned. I asked and you're serving that? To that he responded Yes. I asked for Big Mac instead of the chicken. On each of these exchanges of getting a different sandwich they took the old one back through the window even though I had bitten off the first sandwich which I thought was a violation of health regulations. Cooking and serving chicken that has been freezer burned was another violation of health regulations. So yes I immediately called the county's health department and they are to visit them and give me a call with an update on this situation. Regarding the Big Mac I was a little bit concerned about even eating it however it was 4:00 and I had not had lunch hence my desperation to go to this McDonald's closest to where I live I normally Drive 20 minutes to go to a different one. Well, what about the Big Mac? Since I think they were irritated with me over the chicken sandwich looks like it had at least five times the amount of special sauce the sandwich wouldn't stay together ended up giving part to my dog. Even though I had an issue and chose to drive back to this McDonald's spending my time and gas I never was irate, I was never ugly with them, life is too short. However I did go through the proper channels and would like the standards that have been set up for food service and customer service applied."
