"Dr. Childers is hands down one of the best pediatricians in the area. We have been seeing him since my son was born, and he is now almost 2. He noticed my son was jaundiced on our first visit, and went above and beyond to getting us the medical treatment we needed. He is always attentive to our concerns , provides great education and has been nothing but amazing. And then there is Jodi - nurse and lactation specialist in his office. She is also hands down the best. I had a very complicated experience with my son being unable to latch, and unfortunately went through unpleasant experiences with other lactation specialists until I found that she is there in Dr. Childers office to offer amazing support to mommas who need breast feeding help. The office staff and all nurses are also always so kind. I can’t say enough good!!"

"My daughter has been going to him since birth she is now 3 I had to reschedule my 2 month old and 2 year old appointment cause I was walking to the doctor appointment and it was raining waited 2 weeks for them to call back never did called to tell them I’m going to be transferring and needed to make a appointment before I do they refused"

"Posting as a grandfather, because my daughter is too kind to report what this doctor put her through. However, as her father, and as the grandfather of my little grandbaby, it infuriates me what his actions nearly did to their little family. Just total callousness when it comes to the lives of others, due to his carelessness and laziness. -- My granddaughter was a bit underweight on an early visit, shortly after birth. Instead of trying to find out why she was underweight, or looking to serve and help my grand baby, he instead reported their little family to CPS. The CPS officer arrived and was totally baffled by the referral. He apologized profusely saying he had to check the baby. We were polite and everything went well. We found a good doctor and it turned out that our little baby had a health condition that needed medical treatment. She was admitted to the hospital, and has subsequently made a full recovery. Had Dr. Childers been worth anything, instead of dismissing my daughter from the appointment and then calling CPS, he would have instead checked the baby's health, found the issue, and helped the child. Rather than rushing them out, and then skulking into a backroom to report them. It was as though he was excited to report, rather than interested in the health of our little one. My daughter forgives him, because she is kind. I am baffled by why this doctor is in medicine. I can understand an honest mistake, but I can't understand eagerly reporting when all that he needed to do was his job. ie, spend time figuring out why our little one was so light, so that she could then be healed. Thank goodness another doctor had the heart to check and diagnose the issue, as we love our precious little one. She is the light of our world. Can't imagine living without her!"
