"Absolutely the least professional facility in West Virginia. I got there 2 hours before closing and they told me to drive home after wasting $50 in gas driving there. They tell me to come in the next day, 3 hours after they opened and they claim they’re on lunch? Do you only have one employee at this entire establishment? Trash, I will literally never come here for a drug test again. I would rather turn down a job next time than come to this place."

"This place is a joke. I walked in and sat there waiting for someone to come to the front desk to answer some questions. No one every came. Then tried to call and ask questions. Couldn't get thru. You could here them in the back talking. I guess they get paid to sit there and talk to each other. They can't say they didn't know I was there cause the buzzer on the door buzzed as I walked in and out. I suggest you get new staff if you wanna stay in business."

"Forced to go to Quest by my insurance (who is supposed to pay 100% of lab costs). Also have Medicare. Each and every time I go to Quest in So. Charleston, I give them BOTH Medicare and Insurance cards to scan. Got a surprise bill for over $3000 from Quest. After having Quest refuse to give me details, I had my insurance investigate. Quest did NOT bill Medicare as they have done before many times. Yet, they wanted to commit medical FRAUD and EXTORTION and try to stiff me for over $3000. Be very weary of this lab and their lack of business ethics."
