"KFC Employees! Stop parking me everything I come up there. Y’all didn’t even give me all the food that I PAID FOR!!! I like how y’all can ring everything up but park me and still can’t get the order right. And when I walk in cuz you can’t get it together, y’all ain’t short on any of the food I ordered. Just wanna park me out of spite. Y’all got some nerve."

"Unreal! I waited for fresh nuggets no big deal, I’d rather have hot food. I was given 2 boxes of nuggets that were old and fairly hard and 1 box of piping hot fresh nuggets. So I requested since I had to wait please let me have all fresh nuggets. I get home w fresh nuggets and 2 two piece white that was old and hard as a rock. I called 3 times and finally the manager picks up the phone and answers it by simply saying hello. I burst out laughing and say is this KFC, yes it is. Ok is that how you guys answer the phone and she laughed and said what do you want. I told her I’d be bringing it back up and she said whatever you bring back we will replace. At this point I’d rather deal with artificial technology doing everything. People skills and customer service is gone."

"Quite possibly the cleanest KFC I've ever been in. Had a mobile order. When I came in it wasn't ready so I had to wait a while. That's okay, I like fresh food so don't mind waiting a bit. The manager was very nice and offered me a drink while I waited. Great experience, definitely recommend!"

"We had been to this location many times before but this time the chicken was terrible. We got the big box and thought we had a great deal until we got home and found the following: 1. The biscuits were hard as rocks and obviously very old. 2. The French fries tasted like old grease. 3. The worst part of this experience was the chicken! The outside appeared normal but when we but into the chicken it had a funny smell and taste and looked like it wasn't fully cooked. We tried to eat the chicken but couldn't stand the taste. 4. We ended up throwing everything in the trash. 5. We realize that every business has a bad day but we spent the rest of the day and the next basically glued to our bathroom. 6. Been enjoying KFC for over 50 years but we will never set foot in another KFC in this lifetime!"

"I had original recipe chicken. The meat was succulent, juicy, and very tasty. The restaurant itself was clean. The weather outside was awful, nevertheless Theresa at the counter greeted me cheerfully when I entered. Lifted my mood immediately. Fast food restaurants often get a bad wrap in regards to quality of food and service. This KFC has great food and great service. I highly recommend it"
