"At 6:25 pm, on Saturday February 17th, during hours of posted operation I was rudely turned away by a clearly disgruntled seated woman behind the counter after just serving customers. Without looking at me, she bluntly stated “We’re closed” I asked “You’re closed?” to that she replied even more rudely “We’re closed”. The thing is, I drove 30 minutes to pick up dinner for my family and was treated with incredible disrespect. I fully intended to give patronage to your establishment. But clearly this isn’t something that woman was interested in. Im not sure what misery she is suffering, but this kind of interaction is not acceptable. I would be embarrassed to have an employee like her working for me."

"Ordered the Frito pie hotdog that did not come with fritos but crunched up tortilla chips (completely different flavor) this dog was supposed to come with chili there was barely any. The fries tasted like straight grease. The employees were not friendly."

"The customer service was terrible. We waited 30min for six wings and the employees didn't even acknowledge the wait or apologize for it. I love the Hot Dog Factory but this particular location is being ran by employee that were on their phone instead of making the food."

"We will never return here. The employees act like they don’t want to acknowledge you, and then when they do, they treat you like you’re inconveniencing them. This particular employee treated me this way as I ordered my food, and she ignored my child when my child came back to request something. She treated me the same way again when I went to make the request since she ignored my child. I came back after we had picked up our order, to get ketchup, and was ignored for several minutes yet again. She was speaking to the other employee about the order they were working on, saying “These folks are asking for too much.” When she finally acknowledged me, I asked for some packs of ketchup and she handed me one cup. At that point I said “Could I please have two more? Since we ordered three meals? I won’t ask you for anything else after this.” I left and went outside to eat, and my friend told me to look at my daughter’s corn dog. Burnt and half without batter on it, I would say I couldn’t believe they’d send that food out, but given the demeanor of the employees, I guess it makes sense. I’ve worked in the service industry so I get it isn’t a dream job, but I would have never treated customers like this or sent out subpar food like this."

"The place definitely lacked atmosphere, and customer service, and customers honestly. We were the only ones there during the 12 o’clock hour until the last few minutes when one guy walked in. Whole place was being ran by one fella taking the orders and preparing everything in the back. Under staffed and over worked aside, Dude didn’t have a friendly bone in his body. BUT… All that aside… The corn dog, Texas Rodeo dog, and the fully loaded fries were REALLY GOOD. REALLY REALLY. It’s worth trying… and I’ll try it again just in case I caught the business and the one worker on a bad day. P.S. I’m really not hard to please… but for a 6 dollar hot dog and 9 dollar fries… I expect some decent customer service and atmosphere."
