"Called to arrange pickup of MRI images and interpretation for her doctors appointment tomorrow (moved up from next week) after calling the previous week and this morning, 3/8/2023. Stated I would be picking them ip as my wife id unable to drive. “Sure, come on down in 45 minutes and show ID”, he said. The lady said, “I can’t give it to you because she didn’t list you on the HIPA form “. Can you call, nope. Me: “I drive 30 miles and you can’t call the number on her records?” Her: “nope”. She would accept a letter and I could bring it in, but calling the number on her records won’t work? Unacceptanle."

"I recently went here to have a MRI & could not do it because I'm claustrophobic. I was only in the machine a couple minutes. I asked the technician if there would be a charge since i couldn't do it & she said no. I went to front desk & the lady there told me the same thing & refunded my $100 copay. Today I got a bill where they charged $1672 for the MRI to my insurance company. I called & spoke to supervisor & she said because a partial MRI was done it had to be billed even though it was for about 2 minutes. What a way to treat your customers."

"Grossly overcharged me for a service I was forced to pay upfront for and my insurance company indicated it was over-billing. Called the office to rectify and left at least five voice messages over the course of three months with NO response. Finally spoke with their third-party billing service who asked me if I'd like the "credit" to be issued to me via check and that it would take up to four months for me to receive the "credit" for the amount I was over-billed. Still have yet to hear back from the actual office itself. Will never use again."
