"A very busy high traffic location with a lot of nearby workers coming in too…but this location rises to the challenge of delivering expedient yet outstanding service. Getting workers on iPads who take orders as cars are waiting who also greet the walk ins. A cut above the rest of the fast food chains. They should take notes."

"What I ordered isn’t what I received… I asked for a chicken tortilla soup and ended up getting a regular soup. The younger girls who were working outside didn’t move from the tent. On top of that they definitely weren’t friendly. After todays visit I’m convinced I should stop coming here."

"Burnt tasting! This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks the chicken looks and taste burnt. Time to clean the trap. The edges of the chicken are so hard you could break a tooth. The wait time was 26 mins from the time I pulled into line until I got my food. And this is what I got. Not cool! This location has to be the worst. Didn’t use to be that way. Literally almost got hit twice due to the way it’s set up and no one directing. This store stays so busy they could care less about the bad experience."

"In my humble opinion, this is the worst chick fil a in Gwinnett. Staff is rude and my orders always have something missing. This time, they gave me a milkshake in a small drink size, no cherry and no straws for my drinks. Disappointed :("

"I went to Chick-fil-a this morning & they were in no rush whatsoever. I put in my order and they read it back to me and it was correct. When i check my Chicken, Egg, & Cheese Biscuit they did not add the Egg at all. I’m very upset but not completely dissatisfied they did get my other breakfast order right. They should make sure that they’re making the food correctly before giving it out to the customers."
