Charleys Cheesesteaks

"This was our first time eating here. The young lady that took our order was very nice. One of the best chicken Phillies I've ever eaten. My husband said it was bland, but mine wasn't, and I'm the one reviewing lol."

"The cashier had great customer service but the short man on the grill was very rude. Speaking Spanish the whole time and I ask him what is the issue. He started speaking to me in Spanish again and walked off. I will go to another Charleys. This use to be my favorite location. Service sucks"

"According to the manager you have to ask to make sure they don’t give you raw bacon, oh and to make sure they actually give you the right food. I literally gave the manager my receipt and he still screwed up our order twice. We were the ONLY customers in the entire line and I’m just floored that someone could be so incompetent"

"First time visit to Charleys Cheesesteaks. Ordered a small Kentucky Bourbon Cheesesteak with a side of cheese fries. Was not disappointed! The food was actually good and I would totally come back. The service was ok - it's a restaurant at the food court in the local mall. So no complaints whatsoever."

"The food was good but the customer service is horrible. Everyone had on a mask except for the manager, when asked why he didn’t have on a mask because he was preparing customers food he became very arrogant saying that a mask wasn’t required, he then asked the cashier who are we because we asked for him to put a mask on while preparing our food, he was also seen smirking and having some type of conversation with various co-workers because they would then look up at us as they was speaking to one another. Several people asked the manager to put a mask on in which he did reluctantly based off of his mannerisms. I’ve included a picture below. I hope that the upper management will correct these issues."
