"AVOID! SKIP! Location may be convenient but the service/management/employee culture is awful. This bleeds into the service and operations. Lower level employees are not empowered to deliver outstanding customer service to customers. -got an order incorrect (ordered a drink specifying no ice) and it came to me with ice (is the worker not reading the order when it comes in? Or do they idgaf and not care?) -up-charging/penny-pinching (asking customer for $.27) if they ask for a cup of water when they receive their order (after they initially got the order wrong). Most places will provide this as a courtesy. Not this one. Maybe they’re jaded or have seen too much. But, it is a service business. Skip! Avoid!"

"The food will appease your appetite, however, it is not very nourishious. The fish sandwich and the chicken sandwiches could use some lettuce and tomatoes. This would give a person bread ( carbohydrate), chicken (protein) and lettuce and tomato (vegetables). This would constitute a nutritious sandwich. Customer service was not good as items were left off my order, even though they read your order back to you."

"We ordered three KF boxes. After sitting in the drive-thru line for a total of 20+ minutes before finally getting to the payment window, we were told flatly and unapologetically that they were “out of KF boxes.” The extreme oddity of that aside (I mean, the boxes were each supposed to contain 10 nuggets and a large fry…?) - there was no apology or solution offered. And when I incredulously asked if we would then have to wait the same amount of time if we placed a new order for different food, the employee shrugged and said, “I mean, yeah.” At that point, we drove away."

"Been sitting here 20 dang minutes. Why do they do the curbside order ahead if your still going to wait forever, and I bet it's wrong."
