Dunkin'

"I have been visiting this location almost daily for many years. I noticed that in the last year or so, this is the worst possible customer service I have ever experienced. Not only is management completely rude, but they are often out of EVERYTHING. They do not cater to the customer, but act like you are a burden instead. What’s more is that I called corporate to file a complaint, and received a call back from the same manager who was rude to me. She actually called ME, the paying customer, rude. If you look at these reviews, there are over 11 reviews stating the same thing I’m stating (with 1 star). Save yourself the trouble and try a different location that appreciates your business (and hard earned money), and has what you’re looking for."

"I’m an avid Dunkin’ Donuts coffee drinker. For some reason at this particular location, I learned on 12/18, you get charge $2.50 for almond milk for in medium hot coffee. I asked the girl was she new, or if she could check with someone else. She claims it’s always been like this, each pump is .75 cent. I been to this location several times. I shouldn’t have paid for it but I had a craving and really needed something warm. But please believe, the next time I’m passing through that side of town, if I need coffee, I’ll hit the gas station to get the $2 coffee."

"I’m an avid fan of Dunkin and obsessed with coffee. I grab a cup every day. Sometimes I stop at a Dunkin twice in a day. I’ve been to Dunkin Donuts in my local area, cities across the county, and even airports and this one by far is the worst. The staff is rude, unfriendly, and downright nasty. Some days I brave traffic and even go far out of my way to go to a different one."

"I am very upset today at 8:00 am I went to consume 60 dollars when I asked for a glass of ice the manager Jessica said that I was making the line bigger and that I had to leave or she would call the police just for asking for a glass with ice I can't believe who treated us in that way with attitude and arrogance and closed the window in our faces"

"This is the location I stop at to get coffee every morning but my last two visits just seem different. The donuts i’ve received yesterday and today 5/16/23 & 5/17/23 tastes like they’re stale. Yesterday the coffee was extremely sweet today it’s just right. Early in the morning you might be greeted with some friendly faces and a welcoming environment other times the staff lacks great customer service skills."
