"Extremely pissed off. I live 36 mins away, and I thought I was being clever by ordering my food ahead of time. 0rder at 12:30am it was stated to be ready at 1:00am. I did them one ever better, I came at 1:44am, do you think my food was ready? NO! That's not even the worst part, I bought two plates that had cajun pasta as sides. Can you believe these mfs sold my cajun pasta? And yes I said "sold", because cajun pasta was on the menu. Apparently even if you buy ahead of time, they will give away the food that you PAID FOR to the nearest customer. I spent good money on my plates, I paid $45 and these ppl have me waiting in my car as I typed this waiting for some food I ordered and hour ago. No accommodations, free drinks, desserts nothing, just a "idk what to tell you playa" attitude."

"I wasn’t impressed. It took 30 mins for my order. The food was cold and the fries were extremely overcooked. The rib tips were ok but needed more seasoning. The baked beans were average at best"

"The food here is very good, however, they are very slow and the customer service is horrible. I've been partially homeless for a while, but I've supported this business many times when I had funds to do so and at the end of the night when they're closing, they will lie and say they have nothing left while still taking orders (pretending to be fully closed) because they'd rather take what's left home with them and that's not ok. Making the money shouldn't be all it's about. It's a crying shame that our ppl (African Americans) won't even help their own in the community."

"Honestly the food here is good, but the service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. They take orders before they open, and placing your order early does not guarantee you’d get your food in a timely manner. Extremely long wait times, and the fact that they don’t make your order until you show up to the window makes this place a no go for me anymore. Good luck to them hopefully they can come up with a better business model to retain customers."
