"If your planning on doing dna test here be mindful . Something as important and critical and expensive . This facility made an error . The error that was made was with the lab person not signing off on the form. DNA diagnostics has called them more than once and as of today no response. So until they respond which I was advised that it can be fax or emailed. The results cannot be released . I am beyond upset."

"Edited to add: The owner called me and made everything right. I love that they pride themselves on good customer service despite a bad experience. I did not have a good experience with this place. My insurance company scheduled out an eval for life insurance. The person I was assigned to, Sheila, called both times between 6-7 pm in the middle of family dinner to confirm the appointment. The first time I was understanding that she got sick. The second time, she called and was clearly irritated with the scheduler when I told her I was told it was an in-home eval. She kept going on about how she has a daughter, doesn’t make home visits, etc. The venting was misdirected, as I have absolutely no control over these things. All I know is I was confirmed to have an in home evaluation and 45 minutes before was treated very rudely. I cannot help the error, but the way I was spoken to by Shelia was not okay."
