"The people in the building are very nice when you go, but when you call and have questions they are ridiculously rude. I continue to get bills even though I'm self paid and paid in full the day of the appt, and when I call they say "oh I see a payment the day you came in let me take that off" or "they ran another test on the boodwork". Tests that I wasn't aware of and didn't consent to. Why are they sending out bills for things I've already paid for and then realizing it once it's brought up? The people at billing over the phone talk very low and don't say goodbye, they just hang up. Super disappointed because the ladies inside are very nice, but billing seems a bit crooked to me...."

"I have been a patient at NE GA Diagnostic Clinic / Dr Shane Bussler for over 15 years along with my wife, many other family members and friends. Dr Bussler is a great GP physician, very knowledgeable, compassionate, and giving of his time at appointments and takes the time to personally go over lab results, answer questions, etc. He never rushes through a scheduled visit and very rarely fails to ask about our family, what we are doing, going, etc. I consider him also to be a friend and trust him wholeheartedly with my health care and glad to have him as my family’s personal physician. No one really likes to visit the Dr but I always look forward to seeing and talking to Dr B and his staff. His nurse Candi is awesome as well!!"
