"I was referred here by my doctor. Appt was set for 230pm did not get seen until 345pm and did not leave the office till about 5pm. Nurses at front desk were nice and apologetic but the wait time was still outrageous. Doctor was not too friendly left the room did not even help wipe off the ultrasound gel off my stomach when done, I had to get my boyfriend to assist me with that. Nor did the doctor let us know that we were good to leave a nurse had to come back and tell us we can go."

"I was going to Atlanta Maternal in Stockbridge and due to the urgency of needing a fast appointment I was told to try Conyers. They were able to get me in at a convenient time that worked with my schedule. The front desk staff is so nice and welcoming. The nurses are friendly and seem to actually care about your well being. I’m not waiting in the waiting room a long time, or even in the room waiting for a tech or doctor to consult me. They truly are fast! I also enjoy the technicians that do the ultrasound. They take their time and describe what they are looking for or looking at. They make the ultrasound experience an exciting one. In Stockbridge they don’t tell you anything and never get me good pictures. It’s just a scan, get the measurements, and get out feeling. Even though their job is to take notes and measurements of everything they see , you could still make it fun and enjoyable. That’s what Conyers did for me. Towards the end of my pregnancy I continued to make appointments at the Conyers location. Thank you Conyers Atlanta Maternal-Fetal Medicine! Shana and Yolanda you truly are the best ."

"My last appointment today and it is a sad occasion. They treated me with open arms since the first day I walked in. Ms. Yolanda and Shama made me feel like family every time I walked in. Made me feel like I knew them all my life. Brittany is amazing and me feel so welcomed and so comfortable. The providers are amazing always smiling and answer any and all questions no matter what. "I am revising my review because I had a situation that was very frustrating and I reached out to the corporate office and my issues were handled promptly and professionally by a gentleman named Adrian. I appreciate the care that was given to me and how far he went to correct the issue. I generally see the staff at the Conyers, GA. location and they are super friendly and I’ve become really familiar and close with them. They always treat everyone with loving care and kindness. The person I had the issue with was not the usual staff member and was filling in for one of the regulars. I understand she was enforcing what was told to her by an office manager who was also not in this office and did not seem to care about me or my health which is why 1 star has been taken from the review. Never the less, the corporate office and local establishment staff has shown me that I matter and so does my health. I would recommend this place to anyone needing additional service and support during a high risk pregnancy and want to ensure they are receiving the best care possible. There is always a possibility of a problem with any place of business, but what is import is how it is handled by management. Thank you to Adrian for turning my stressful experience to one that helped me in so many ways. I want to thank him as well for treating me like a person and caring about my health and my unborn child’s health. That’s all I could ever ask for."
