"Worthless place that never answers the phone. Grossly overcharged me for a basic lab test and refuses to answer the phone no matter how many times me or my insurance company calls. If I have to take a day off work and drive all the way to Atlanta to get this handled it’s not going to be pretty! ANSWER YOUR PHONES!!!!!!"

"Fast and efficient! On one of the busiest days of the year, they still manage to provide the results on time (sample collected at 9:00am, results available at 4:28pm). They give you a pager when you arrive, and you can wait in your car until they call you. In and out in 30 min (again, on the busiest day of the year). No need to make an appointment. Insurance accepted. The results indicate RT-PCR, suitable for travel. Super nice and friendly staff. Highly recommended!"

"I love the staff there BUT getting them on the phone or get the result on time have been an issue for the past 2 times. I really needed my test result today. I have been promised this test result for this afternoon. Well I just lost a work opportunity. Please, please hire somebody to answer the phone / the emails. If you promise the results make sure you actually send them because that is such a huge gap between the warm welcome we get when we step in your lab."

"If I could kiss Santiago with my negative COVID lips I would. This year has been a dumpster fire but Santiago and the staff at Pure Diagnostics may have just turned it around at the last minute.
