"I would like to thank Michael lewis for going above and beyond with his customer service skills. I'm in the process of getting infusion at this facility but my set back is my insurance wants me to go to another infusion center. Michael is going above and beyond to get this infusion center approved for me. I appreciate it so much because I have a life changing situation and he's trying to make it stress free. Thank you again means a lot right now!!!"

"It might be a good hospital, however it isn't easy to find your way around the inside. Directions, signage and elevator labels are terrible. Guaranteed that you will get lost inside. ... And their parking lots don't take credit cards. Their customer experience needs to be improved."

"Their medical records department is so incompetent it's a shame. I spoke with "Diane" a week and a half ago about a medical records request submitted on my behalf. I was told by "Diane" that the records would be submitted to my doctor before December 3. I just hung up with medical records and was informed that the request had been processed YESTERDAY and she, "Debbie", did not know if the request had been sent yesterday or today. Needless to say, my doctor won't receive the records BEFORE December 3 as indicated by "Diane". An absolute joke and lack of integrity and professionalism."
