"This location is just horrible and would recommend avoiding it. I was turned back on my first visit as I was told I needed to set up an online appointment (there should be a way to make this explicit for all visitors). When I showed up for my appointment time, I had to wait for 2 hours to be seen, only to be told that all their computers have crashed and I need to return another time. Very very inefficient. Please don't waste your time away here"
"Simply trash. We showed up for a drug test at around 11:25 AM and we were told to come back after lunch break which is 1:30 pm. Their sign says they go to lunch at 12:30. We all have things to do. These people don’t need to be working if they feel so comfortable denying service like that."
"Currently standing outside in the hallway although I made this appointment on last week for 7:00am so that I could make it to work on time. Unfortunately the worker this morning locked himself out when he went to get breakfast So someone has to come and unlock the office.. So far 6 people are waiting and his response is “Yes I locked myself out but feel free to go to any other Labcorp that you want to get your labs drawn” with an attitude.. Well clearly we are all at this particular one for a reason.. SMH.. Good customer service does not exist in 2023.. Labcorp Do Better! Please!"
"Service was great. The phlebotomist was kind and efficient. He checked in to make sure I wasn’t nervous during the blood draw which was very considerate. This is a busy location within the hospital. It seems like the staff is doing their best with the resources given. In and out in 40 minutes. Walk in. Pretty good IMO."
"The nice young man working on July 20, 2023 was wonderful! There was a crowd waiting to be seen, but I made an appointment online and was in and out in under 20 minutes. There were only two people working in the office, and the young man was working both the computer and doing blood work for people. He seemed stressed and very busy, but was still so nice. The higher ups should definitely hire more people to assist to run the lab more efficiently. The facility itself felt dicey. Labcorp needs better intown locations, that’s for sure."
