"assist your elders if they have an appt.at the north Decatur Rd location..This is a hostile,disrespectful,unorganized location..Not only do they harass you about money owe to DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS.. They tell you one amount for copay then turn around and bill insurance another amount.. DIRTY an LOW....Talking & treating people any type of way....The doctor even has you feeling uncomfortable to ask questions..Which should never happen..either he was in a rush,or this is just him an his team attitude everday. Either way NEITHER is acceptable...Expspecially when they charged 7000 for this visit...The staff nor doctors should be this rude an disrespectful to ANYONE let alone patients then expect them to pay for these services????.....Gotta do better and be mindful of how you treat & speak to others....Talk to people the way you would want them to talk to you....SIMPLE"
"Every since Emory took over Dekalb the wait time for an appointment or Emergency room care is Absolutely Ridiculous. This will be my last time using this Breast Imaging center. Why make an appointment if they are going to call you anytime they want too. When it was Dekalb I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I have tried to stay with Emory but my time is as valuable as theirs."
"My surgeon was excellent. For the rest, I cannot recommend. Emory will plague you to death about pre-registration, then when you actually try to do it, characters like "Mary" will be as obnoxious as they can. I spent 4 times as long arguing with her on the phone as it took to just verify my information in MyChart. Billing will send you a hundred pieces of paper (no exaggeration), then when you make a large payment, they will send you to collections. There is no rhyme or reason"
"They have the rudest people answering the phones. Every single time I call their it’s the same nasty attitudes. Not helpful at all. Very short. Latoya is one of them. I’ve started taking names because they really should be without a job. This is a sensitive place to work. Bad attitudes need to work elsewhere. Once you get beyond the front desk and the initial phone call it’s ok."
"I have gone to Hillandale facility for years and always had a wonderful, caring, and personable techs. Today's appointment was quite different. The tech Tori was rude, unfriendly and pushy. She made my visit more than unpleasant. I really hope she learns to talk to people on a friendly professional level. You never know what one is going through before, during and after a mammogram. Everything and everyone else was great, except the tech."
