"If I could give them no stars, I would. I appreciate the service but whoever works in the billing office cannot be trusted. Specifically, Cindy Whitman cannot be trusted with your card information. I called to make a payment towards my account in the amount that was agreed on (the same arrangement that has been on my account for the last month). After about an hour, the payment was processed for the total amount that was due! When I called to speak Cindy Whitman about it, she immediately transferred me to someone else. The man that I spoke with was about to issue a refund but I told him not to worry about it. I did request that they delete my card information and to not call me anymore. Luckily, them taking the total payment did not put me in a tough situation but it’s the fact that they took it upon themselves to take an amount that I did not agree to. No one issued fan apology for my inconvenience."
"I definitely do not recommend if I could give 0 stars I would. When I came in for my appointment I was given a total for the appointment and paid it right then. A few weeks later I get a very large bill in the mail. This happened twice. Their excuse was that they thought I was paying a copay instead of paying 100% until I met my deductible. If they checked with my insurance they would have known that I don't have copays I pay 100% until deductible is met and then my insurance covers the rest. It seemed very suspicious that they were able to come up with these original totals and didn't check to see how my insurance is structured. I also don't believe I ever needed there even more expensive follow up ultrasound as I had genetic testing done which showed that there concern actually wasn't a concern they were just fishing for more money. It is sad because the ultrasound tech was very nice but the company she works for are scam artist. $1,200 for two 30 min ultrasounds (and one were I waited an hour past my appointment to even get taken back) Luckily my job was nice about it as I had scheduled it to be during a long lunch break which turned into a 3 hour ordeal."
