"First time having Bojangles. Food was good but atmosphere at the place was quiet and a bit gloomy."

"I recently visited Bojangles on 11/29/2023 at 2:30 pm, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. After placing my order, I was asked to wait in a parking spot for my food. However, I ended up waiting for a staggering 35 minutes without any sign of my order. When I decided to drive back around, the staff informed me that they had actually forgotten about my order altogether. This level of service was highly unacceptable. It's frustrating to have waited for such a long time, only to be met with forgetfulness. While the quality of the food was decent, except for my fries which were cold…….the wait time and the lack of attention to customer orders left a lot to be desired. I hope Bojangles can improve their organizational processes and ensure that all customers receive their orders promptly. It's important for a restaurant to value their customers' time and provide efficient service. Sadly, my experience fell short of these expectations."

"This place always screws up our order. Always. If you order two different biscuits, they will go ahead and combine them into one nasty biscuit. My wife doesn’t eat meat and I can’t eat cheese, so why not go ahead and slather a steak biscuit with pimento cheese for everyone to share? They also get the drinks wrong every time - sweet tea and Pepsi aren’t the same thing y’all. Want straws? Nah you don’t need straws. Enjoy your slop."

"Maybe it's my fault, I got there at 8:34 p.m. on a Thursday night. After I paid $11.33, they told me they we're out of chicken legs. Did I get there too late? How do you run out of fried chicken leg? Anyway, they gave me three fried chicken thighs and she gave me $6 in quarters as my change. The chicken was old, cold, chewy, not good. It was just a thoroughly disappointing visit to Bojangles in DeKalb County georgia. I won't be back. Although the lady at the window was really nice but I went there for the food, very disappointed, very!"

"Friendly cashier's, The food was fresh and hot, The dirty rice was delicious The biscuits were perfectly tasty and soft everything was perfect the first time so I went back over the weekend. I love the consistency. I wouldn't recommend the red beans but everything else was satisfying."
