"Beautiful decor, Nice menu and really sets a cozy tone. The Strawberry Mimosa could have had a little more champagne (preference) but very delicious. I ordered the strawberry shortcake French Toast (Only one slice of French toast) I was disappointed it wasn’t at least 2 lol. I will definitely return none the less, now I know what to expect and service was Amazing, everyone was nice and greeted with a smile. Manager and Chef make their rounds very inviting."

The combination of crispy bacon, savory blue cheese, plump cherry tomatoes, and a sweet balsamic drizzle was a flavor explosion in every bite. The ingredients were fresh and well-balanced, creating a harmonious blend of textures and tastes. For the main course, I opted for the vegan options - the Macaroni and Cheese and the Vegan Collard Greens. Both dishes were seasoned to perfection. The macaroni and cheese was creamy, cheesy, and satisfying. The collard greens were tender and seasoned with just the right amount of flavor. It's refreshing to find a brunch spot that caters so well to both traditional and plant-based tastes. To finish off my meal on a sweet note, I ordered the "Birdsong" - homemade granola with a fresh vanilla cream and fresh fruit. This dish was an absolute revelation. The granola was perfectly crunchy, the vanilla cream was decadently rich, and the fresh fruit added a delightful contrast. It was undoubtedly one of the best dishes I've ever had at a brunch restaurant. To complement my meal, I had two Espresso Martinis, expertly mixed to perfection. The balance of coffee and vodka was spot-on, and it was clear that the bartender was a true professional. My wife tried the Lemon Drop and Cosmopolitan, both of which were equally tasty and well-crafted. Overall, Morningbirds exceeded my expectations in every way. The food was top-notch, the atmosphere was inviting, and the drinks were impeccable. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates a nice, relaxing spot with soft music and a dedication to serving organic, free-range, and fresh dishes.
