"I order pizza for my coworkers for my zaxbys family and they charged me without knowing and they canceled my order for no reason and they said that they don't deliver here at 11235 zaxbys Woodstock Rd I always place a order here at Holcomb Bridge Rd this place sucks and bad coworkers.."

"I order Wings pizza and cinn sticks my wings were cold and half sauced the pizza was supposed to be cut in squares and was cut reg little amount of cheese and not hot ain't all the cinn sticks were hot but hard as hell went for a replace ment and wings were hotter the pizza was cut in squares but still nothing for cheese the cinn sticks the cinn is hard and falling off like a eating reg bread sticks I wish I could add photos i don't know what's wrong with the store I hope the store manager or owner or corporation sees this review"

"I have been trying to get a refund for 2 days now, I still have yet to receive one, I placed an order for New years just for it to not be delivered, I called multiple times just to be left on hold, this is absolutely ridiculous, I even had to uber to the store, just to ask for the refund to just to be told to leave my name and number and they'd call me. I have never once had an issue like this with this pizza hut location, but this takes the cake of worst experience I've had with any sort of restaurant."

"I came to this shop to order 2 veggie medium size pizzas. The worker charged 34,90$ for 2 pizzas. and I checked Pizza Hut website and the price looks different (24,90$). The lady which was stand there told me online prices are cheaper than shop!!! Comedy! I asked them and I cancelled my order to order online. I saved 10$. I ate the same pizza in more than 8 different countries but this is totally terrible. Avoid! I do Not ever never recommend anyone to order from this branch. Sorry guys , you can not control prices but you need to be a bit careful."

"AMANDA was AWESOME! I placed an order for 4:15pm pickup and of course got stuck in traffic. I called with my concerns about my running late and cold food and Amanda said she "got me." ...and she did! Our food was hot and perfect ans she even waited for me to arrive before putting putting and hot, honey barbecue on the Boneless Wings....OMG, priceless. This is my second time at this location and customer service is amazing. Everyone here is professional, understanding and helpful. If your ever on this side of town and looking for a great group of people...THIS LOCATION IS IT!!! We have found our new Pizza Hut home, you will too! - MGJ"
