McDonald's

"I was in town on vacation - my 11 year old loves McDonald’s and this was the closest location to me. The first time I went there I actually made it to the window. But they had me pull up to wait on my fries, but they never came out after about 10 minutes of waiting. So I went in and literally stood there with others waiting on food while the staff seemed to stand around doing a lot of talking but not much working. Some door dash guys were there also. Waiting - turns out their orders were just sitting back there on the counter the whole time they were waiting. After an initial twenty minutes of standing I finally said - I’m waiting on three orders of fries - they literally finally walked over and got it. The staff were friendly people but it’s either extremely disorganized with no system or they just don’t care that people are paying and waiting. And as my children were hungry and tired - and just wanted to get them back to the hotel- it was a frustrating experience. I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but it was unprofessional and a waste of time. I could have driven another 4 miles for some quicker more professional service. I went there a second time over the course of 4 days thinking the first time it could have been a hectic problematic night for the staff. Nope - this was an even worse experience. The drive thru line was not moving and I can’t see that they could have gotten even a single order out in 26 minutes that I sat there till I finally had the room to pull out of the line and go to the next closest location which was a way better and quicker experience. Other people had pulled out of the line too which seems to be the only reason the line would move. They either need training, new management or a system. I’ve worked in fast food and while I get there are hold ups this was just ridiculous. And apparently this is the norm for this location."

"I place my order at the drive through and my order still wasn’t correct I ordered a chicken McGriddle add cheese instead I was charged for a chicken egg & cheese McGriddle was told to pull around where someone will bring it out to me get the order it a chicken egg & cheese biscuit after get half way home had to go back inside the store where I see no one is communicating about anything people standing around waiting for orders to be taken not knowing they’re receiving orders from the kiosk only I proceeded to let them know my order order was not right they a sure they were going to get it right for me after about 15 minutes I received my order again where it was still made wrong return the order again for a re-make the sandwich had an over easy egg on it half done I just had to throw my whole order away in the trash in find breakfast somewhere else which was really irritated by this not sure what to do but leave a review about my experience I won’t be eating McDonald’s for another year or so never can get what you pay for but what they want you to have but yet the price continue to go up"

"The customer service is awful. They don’t care at all. There is one heavy set guy with twists that’s always helpful and a young girl with braids. The rest of the staff? Should be replaced asap. Their app has taken my money several times and they’re literally no help. The management does nothing. I wish people were down to just stop going here."

"Waited in the drive thru way too long. No one ever came to the speaker. I went inside and it was a ghost town. No one to take my order, so I just left. They used to have pretty good service. I had not been to this McDonald's in almost a year. I doubt I will ever be going back."

"Use to be able to come here and get our food a fairly quickly. The crew use to be polite, friendly, and efficient. As of late, not so much. There was day I had to wait over 40 minutes for food while I stood there and saw my order on the counter in the kitchen just sitting there. I had even order ahead through the mobile app. Finally I saw the manager that is always super helpful and let him know the situation. It was then completed less than 5 minutes. Wasted my lunch break. I am not sure what crew they have now, but they should rethink about who they have on their team. I know they have had corporate there and they work well, but once they leave it all went to hell."
